Holiday Shipping Cutoff Times for 2025 

  • Are you looking to receive your order by Christmas?
  • The Standard Ground Shipping cutoff is December 15th for a pre-Christmas delivery.
  • With that said, we are in the business of Christmas miracles!
  • We can still reach many places in the United States after 12/15, but we need to know the exact shipping address and item you want to purchase to ensure we can make it happen.
  • Please do not hesitate to contact us. It should only take us a few minutes to determine what is possible for you.


  • Due to carrier restrictions, White Glove and Light Assembly orders must ship by December 8th to guarantee delivery.
  • Some of our inside delivery options may be available past December 8th for pre-Christmas delivery, but please don't delay if you need it.
  • If you are unsure, simply contact us and we can calculate exact shipping times based on the shipping method you prefer.


  • IMPORTANT: Please note the lead time of the item you are interested in, as this must be taken into account when determining your ship date based on your order date.




    • Shipping Information



    Orders under 70 lbs 

    • When free economy shipping is selected for orders under 70 lbs., the order will ship via the most economical service from UPS, Fedex, or USPS.
    • All shipping and handling times are outside estimates and it may ship faster than stated.
    • Every item we sell qualifies for free economy shipping regardless of the weight.

      • Expedited Shipping

    • All orders with expedited shipping will be processed the same day when submitted before 11am ET.
    • All shipping estimates are in business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays).
    • All orders will ship in accordance with posted lead times.
        • Example A: Item X has a lead time of 1 day. If ordered expedited shipping before 11am, this item will ship same day. If ordered after 11am, this item will ship tomorrow.
        • Example B: Item Y has a lead time of 3 days. If ordered expedited shipping before 11am, this item will ship in two days with the expedited shipping option. If ordered after 11am, this item will ship in three days with the expedited shipping option.


    Orders over 70 lbs (LTL Shipping)

    • Every item we sell qualifies for free economy shipping regardless of the weight.
    • Almost all orders over 70 lbs will ship via an LTL shipping carrier. This means it will come on a pallet in a freight truck with a liftgate and be placed at your curb. Often times the driver will help place it in your garage, but this is at their discretion and not to be expected.
    • After we receive the order, we will contact you to confirm all shipping information including a valid phone number. Once the game has shipped and arrives at the delivery terminal, the Freight Carrier will contact you to set up a 3-4 hour window for delivery.


    Inside Delivery Options

    For games being delivered outside of our Game Room Guys delivery zone, we have you covered! All of our shipments include free curbside delivery, but if you need something more, we have options for you. From room of choice delivery to full delivery and setup, you can rest assured that we can get your game delivered into your home or business.

  • Room of Choice Delivery
      • The game will be placed in your room of choice, up or down one flight of stairs.
      • The game WILL NOT be unboxed, assembled, plugged in, or have any functionality tested.
      • Customer is responsible for ensuring the item will fit through doorways, turn corners, go through stair landings, etc. If you are not sure, call us, we can help!
      • All orders will ship in accordance with posted product lead times.

  • Room of Choice with Light Assembly
      • The game will be placed in your room of choice, up or down one flight of stairs.
      • Light assembly will be performed to complete tasks such as attaching legs, connecting sections together, etc. You may be required to complete some setup such as: connecting electrical components and plugging the game in.
      • Debris will be hauled away.
      • The game will not be plugged in or have any functionality tested.
      • Customer is responsible for ensuring the item will fit through doorways, turn corners, go through stair landings, etc. If you are not sure, call us, we can help!
      • Other site location or item specific stipulations may apply.
      • Additional lead times may apply depending on your location and we will communicate those to you.

    Custom White Glove Delivery Options

    No matter what your requirements are, we have you covered! If one of the options above doesn't seem like it will fit your needs, let us know.
    Each delivery has unique characteristics and we want to ensure we provide exactly what you need instead of offering you a generic "White Glove Shipping" shipping option online. Over our history, we have successfully executed many complex jobs and are confident we can take care of you. Hopefully you don't need to use a crane to install a shuffleboard table through a third floor window, but we've done it before! Let us know how we can help!     In-Store Pickup 

    Place your order today for any in-stock item by 11:30 am and you can pick it up anytime between 1:30 and 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday. If you would like a Friday pickup, please call us to schedule a time. To ensure your order is ready when you arrive, please contact us to let us know when you'll be picking up your order. 

    If an item is not in-stock or is a special order item, you can still order it through us and pick it up when it arrives to our facility. 

    Special Note: We will fulfill the order to the Customer only, or otherwise, a person authorized by the Customer. Authorization by the Customer will require either: 
    • Notarized letter of authority from the Customer that includes:
      • the name
      • date of birth
      • email address of the Customer
      • identification of the person authorized to pick up the product
      • phone number
      • shipping address used in the Sales Order; and
    • Verify a government issued identification of the Customer or the individual authorized by the Customer verbally or in writing; and
    • A signature from the Customer or the individual authorized by the Customer, showing the date and time of the pick-up, and if the individual picking up the item was not the Customer, the name and telephone number of the authorized person.
