Installation & Delivery

Since our early days in 2001, we have seen our fair share of complicated installations and odds are we have successfully completed a project just like yours. Hopefully we won't need a crane to install your games, but rest assured we have done it before!

To simplify the process, we offer three distinct delivery options to fit your requirements. Not sure which is right for you? Give us a call and we'll help walk you through the process so you can make an informed decision.


LTL Curbside — Free.

With LTL Curbside delivery, your game will be unloaded from the truck using a liftgate and placed at the curb. From there, it is your responsibility to move the game to its final destination. This is our most basic delivery option and is included at no additional cost. Keep in mind that no placement, assembly, or setup is included.

Room of Choice Delivery

Want your game brought inside? Room of Choice delivery takes it a step further by placing your game in the room of your choice, including up or down one flight of stairs. Pricing is fixed and displayed at checkout. Please note that the game will not be unboxed, assembled, plugged in, or tested for functionality.

White Glove Delivery

For the full-service experience, White Glove Delivery has you covered. Your game will be brought into your home, unboxed, assembled, set up, and all packing materials will be hauled away — ready for you to enjoy. Please note that electrical work, electronic hookup, and functionality testing may not be included depending on the qualifications of the delivery agent -- but not to worry, your order includes phone tech suport and we can walk you through any issue! Pricing is estimated at checkout and confirmed after your order is placed based on a review of items purchased, specific job site requirements, and geographic location.
