Customers who bought their game from Game Room Guys are entitled to free lifetime phone tech support. When you call, a case will be created and passed along to technician. The technician will respond promptly to help with whatever issue you are having.

Customers who did not purchase their game from Game Room Guys

We often get customers who did not purchase their game from us that would like to talk to a technician to either get help determining which part they need or to find out what is wrong with their game. In this case, a caller can get 15 minutes of free phone tech support in order to determine what they need.

If the time on the phone with the technician goes past 15 minutes, the technician will inform the caller that their allotted free time is up and if they would like to continue, they will be charged $24.50 for each additional 15 minutes of time working with the technician.

A customer who has not purchased the game from Game Room Guys gets 15 free minutes of phone tech support every 3 months.
