Letter To Our Customers



To Our Customers:

We are in extraordinary times, as the world grapples with the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. As we all try to navigate our way through this health crisis, it is critical that we stay connected to each other, even as we practice social distancing and experience “stay at home” orders.

We remain committed to our core values of Family, Fun and Customer Service. To that end, here is how we will try and help: While Michigan is currently operating with a “stay at home” order, we are still able to ship orders and help customers with sales and technical questions.

While our showrooms are closed, we are still here to help via phone (616-785-7353) and email.

Our Customer Service, Technical Support and Sales staff will be available 6 days per week to help you.

Below are the hours we are available in our home offices:

Monday - Friday: 10 am - 6 pm

Saturday: 11 am - 3 pm

Anything ordered via phone or our website, that is currently in stock, will be shipped daily.
