I own 3 pinball machines and I will only buy my machines from the Game Room Guys. I have tried other vendors online and in person, but their level of service is what will keep me coming back. My X-men pinball machine arrived on time and in perfect condition, plus I had the confidence that if something went wrong Doug would make it right. Don't waste your time or money buying from other sights, THIS IS THE BEST AROUND. My only regret is that I did not get the limited edition version....

Last Saturday morning I was trolling the internet for rubber bumpers for my very old Outer Space pinball machine. I came across gameroomguys.com. I called and got through to a human immediately (good sign!) I spoke with Doug and told him what I needed. He had the parts specifically for my machine in stock. Then, he suggested that I get a wax for the rolling surface of the machine. I kinda thought this was the upselling that McDonald's does when they push fries to complement a hamburger order. I figured that I hadn't spent much money on the machine in a while, so why not.
On Tuesday the package arrived (awesome shipping time!) I took of the pieces to install the bumpers, but decided to try the wax. With Christmas music in the background I applied the wax just like I would apply it to my car. I wet a cloth, rubbed it in and moved on. The wiping- on cloth got pretty dirty so I figured it was a good idea. Then when I buffed it out, I couldn't help but smile. The surface was bright and shiny and looked great. I figured that I got some pretty good advice from Doug.
I then put on the bumper, reconnected the machine, and just turned off the lights in the room and played some pinball. The machine looked fantastic and played better than I had remembered.
This is one of those great finds you make (like a good plumber or good lawyer (find a good lawyer is very rare)) where you save the name in your address book so you can recommend him/her to your friends with confidence.

The product i received from gameroom guys was superb. The lord of the rings is a fine table and is perfect not only for fans of the movies/books etc but any pinball player.6 modes as well as movie multiballs and other attractions keep the challenge and points coming. DMD animations and gameplay are fantastic, nice open playfield with fast flowing shots. It plays like it came out of the factory, but for a reasonable price. no corner cutting and real A+ work was done to ensure when the game arrived it played 100%. Have had it for over a week now with no issues. Try ebay or craigslist at your own peril, the game room guys have your back. -john esposito
