With 6 trained technicians on staff, we can fix almost anything in the arcade industry. Whether you have a jukebox, pinball machine or an arcade game, we have the ability to service it and get those hard to find parts.
In Our Shop:
Bring your game to our shop (please call first!!!) and we will diagnose the problem for $25.00. Service is $89 per hour after the diagnostic takes place. Additional time is billed at $89 per hour in 15 minute increments. Parts are an additional cost and may require special orders, which must be paid for in advance.
In Your Home or Business:
Service is available on an hourly basis at $89 per service call, with service time totaling 1 hour after arrival at your location. Additional time is billed at $89 per hour in 15 minute increments. In order to keep service costs down, a small trip charge is applied based on the prevailing fuel rate and where you are located. Parts are an additional cost and may require special orders, which must be paid for in advance. .
Pickup/Delivery:
For $75 we will pick up the item in the Greater Grand Rapids area and return it when the work is completed. If you live outside the Greater Grand Rapids area please call us for an accurate quote.
