We try as hard as we can to ship your order within 1-2 business days. From there, it depends on how long it takes to ship from the state of Michigan to your location. Tracking numbers are always provided on all shipments inside the USA.

Is there any product i can put on the surface of air hockey, to make clean, and to make it glide faster?
We clean our air hockey tables with a generic glass cleaner. Simply turn the blower on first, then spray on the cleaner and wipe away the dirt and grime.

Yes. The warranty policy is as follows.
New Games:
We offer a 30 day service warranty, in addition to any manufacturer warranty, on all games we sell in our service area (within 1 hour of Grand Rapids, MI). If anything goes wrong with the game, we will fix it at no charge. Outside of our service area, we offer a 30 day warranty on parts only.
In the event that a brand new game was purchased and cannot be repaired, a replacement game will be ordered and delivered to customers in our service area.
Outside of our service area, the replacement game will only be shipped after the customer has returned the defective game to us.
All defective games require a return authorization number before being returned. This can be obtained by calling us during normal business hours.
Freight damage is not covered. All games shipped via commercial freight carrier or North American Van Lines should be inspected both outside and inside the packaging to insure no damage has occurred. If damage is visibly present, either denote it on the freight bill, if minor, or refuse shipment, whichever you choose.

Your Delivery is with our Trucks and Employees. Setup is also included.
