We have been providing gaming products and services to both commercial and residential clients since 2001. Customer service is our #1 priority and we retain a full office and technical staff to handle any questions and concerns our customers may have. As a growing member of the arcade and home entertainment industry, we continually strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products at competitive prices. Our extensive experience in the coin-operated arcade industry is what separates us from other online retailers. Since we also currently operate a large amusement route in the western half of the state of Michigan, we staff knowledgeable in-house technicians who have the ability to provide assistance to our customers, both in person and over the phone.

We maintain a large network of sources for obtaining popular pinball titles such as Addams Family, Cirqus Voltaire, Simpsons Pinball Party, Family Guy and more. If you are patient with us, we can find you the machine you have always wanted in the condition which you are 100% satisfied with.
In addition, we carry a full line of air hockey tables, bubble hockey tables, ping pong tables, dartboards, pool tables, shuffleboards, as well as all of the accessories to utilize and maintain these products. Our combination of products and experience can assist you in designing the man cave of your dreams or a safe retreat for the kids to have fun.

All Friday and Saturday rentals will be picked up on Monday unless other arrangements are made. There will be no additional charge for this service.
- Please call for quotes on multiple day rentals.
- Prices include set-up, breakdown and all necessary supplies needed for each machine unless otherwise noted. For cranes, candy cranes, sticker machines, and tattoo machines--you are charged for the product you use.
- Trip charges apply and depend on where the event is located. Current Grand Rapids Area Trip charges are $25 per trip.
- We supply all power cords and extension cords needed
- Attendants available for $50/hr
- Additional charges will apply (due to employee overtime) for pickup and delivery after midnight or on weekends and holidays.
- 50% deposit due at time of booking rental agreement to reserve date. Balance due at time of set up.
Service and Repair:
We have the largest arcade repair center in Michigan!
With trained technicians on staff, we can fix almost anything in the arcade industry. Whether you have a jukebox, pinball machine, or an arcade game, we have the ability to service it and obtain those hard to find parts.
Service is available on an hourly basis at $94 per hour. You can either bring the machine into our shop (please call before dropping machines off) or we can pick your machine up and drop it back off for $100. We can usually diagnose the problem within the first hour. Additional time is billed at $94 per hour in 15 minute increments and we will provide you an estimate after the first hour of service.
